WSI has successfully exited the Badgerland Bank Redevelopment in Madison, WI. Aspen Dental and Sleep Number moved in to the WSI/TERRE partnered property back in November 2015. This marks another succesful venture for the Willman-Salsbery Investments and Tom English Real Estate partnership. 316 Investments first partnered with Tom English Retail Real Estate in the acquisition and redevelopment of Badgerland Bank site in July of 2014.
