Aztec Partners, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of 316 Investments, has sold 5 northern Indiana Qdoba Mexican Ezts to Qdoba franchisee. The process started in 2011 with the sale of 21 Central Indiana Qdoba Mexican Grill locations to Denver, Colorado based Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, a division of San Diego based Jack in the Box, Inc. At the time of the sale, Aztec Partners was the largest owner and operator of Qdoba Mexican Grills in the country. Jack in the Box CEO announced that the Aztec Partners acquisition would be accretive to Jack’s 2011 earnings.
